Please email or fax us your order. You will then receive
a specified bill. After payment of the bill, you will be sent the books.
Regular customers will receive the bill and the books together.
The bill will be in European euros (EUR/€) and will include shipping (and handling) costs. Bert Hagen BV adds extra charges of € 10.- if you pay with a bank cheque, but will not charge anything extra if you pay with a credit card (we accept both VISA and Mastercard). In the last case you will be asked to give the number and expiry date of your credit card. EFP will than contact your credit card company for payment of the bill.
